    Hey fellow Xbox users, recently I have been experiencing a drastically slower internet connection only through my Xbox one. My PC and my 360 are working just fine and I get reliable speeds with those. But I go to check my detailed network statistics on my
    Xbox one and sometimes my download speeds have been extremely low, and I'm talking like less than the preferred 3mb/s. Now my internet speed through my ISP is 30mb/s. So I'm wondering why it's really only affecting my Xbox one. Obviously, my Xbox One is connected
    wirelessly so yes it won't be as fast as my PC which is connected through Ethernet, but I can't seem to figure out the problem. Now when I do look at the detailed network statistics does my download speed read what I am currently using or what the actual power
    of my internet download speed is? Because I have seen it fluctuate Maybe I have to mess with my DNS settings or maybe my ISP is limiting my bandwidth, but if was my ISP why would my other devices be working fine? I feel like it started a few days ago when
    I downloaded an update for Dragonball Xenoverse, it seems ever since then I am running into these problems. Now I'm not saying that the said update caused the problem, but it just seems weird that I feel like it started after downloading it. Also, I can now
    not connect to Netflix through my Xbox One and I go to check the connection through Netflix and it says everything is fine connection wise, but I still says it runs into an error. But, Netflix works fine on my 360 and I've even tried it on a different 360
    through my connection and it works flawlessly. I've tried everything from hard resetting multiple times to changing to energy saving mode. Nothing has really helped. I'm no technical guru whens it comes to DNS setting sand IP address, so maybe my issue is

  3. Slow Internet Only on Xbox One

    Okay so here we go...

    I have an Xbox One that i have had since the device was released. I have never had issues with it except for the obvious old hardware that will slow down. Recently i have had issues with my internet.

    My internet speed is: 100 Down/10 Up

    All devices on my network get around 60-70 on wifi and 80-100 on wired.

    The problem I am having is that my xbox is getting only 0.65mb/s to about 5 mb/s max. Most of the time it stays around 1.5 mb/s.

    I have tried the following: Setting static IP's, setting static DNS, Opening all ports on router, Different network all together (Work network), Both Wifi/wired options, rebooting router, fully resetting xbox.

    I game on my pc with no lag on any game. I also have 2 smart tv's who can stream 4k with no problem. This tells me that this may be a hardware issue.

    I am a systems engineer so this issue should be an easy fix, but not if the hardware is busted.

    I am posting to see if anyone else has this issue or if my console is just a paper weight now...

  5. I am in the U.S. in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. I currently am using an ARRIS DG860A data gateway. There are a total of 2 360's and 1 Xbox one connected to the router keeping in mind that they aren't always "on". I rarely use my 360 anymore. All consoles
    are connected wirelessly. As for UpnP that is an unknown. My NAT type was set to strict when I was first encountering these problems, but it has since been changed back to open. I am getting error code 0x80bd0004 the most it seems. And my ISP is WOW! (wide

    I have a similar problem. 2 mbs on speedtest. Xbox is reporting .2 mbs. Netflix youtube and crunchyroll cannot paly video with out stopping every 10 to 30 seconds. Only device on network with those stats. Computer running streaming fine.

  9. I am having the same problem. I have AT&T Uverse with the NVG510. GTA online sometimes signs me out of xbox live and it only does that with that game. then i cannot sign back into gta online. and my xbox one shows way lower speeds and higher pings/latency
    than my computer does. Please someone fix this.

    Try a cable mate and watch all your issues disappear, i also have been having issue for over a year and 4 days ago i changed to a Cat5 cable and its been working perfect party chat works 100% and i gained like 50 mbdps just by changing to cable and gained
    5ms ping which is awesome.

    Try a cable as there is a wireless issue which is very unstable they need to fix cause long cables aren't cheap. but a Cat5 will definitely fix the issue.

    Internet running slow only on my Xbox One

    this started happening around Dec Jan for me the only solution I found was to reset mac adress

    wich restarts the console. I had 50 mg dl and would register less than 3mg apps and streaming would stutter!

    I now have 105 mgb dl speed it will register 80 but drop to less than 30 mbps

    if I clear mac address it register's faster speed. I have Comcast I hate constantly having to reset xbox one

    Error 0x80BD0004 occurs when accessing family information
