    hello I have in issue with my router resetting causing me to disconnect from xbox live. So here is what happens. Me and my brother are playing on two separate consoles while connected wirelessly to Xbox live. We are in the process of searching for an online
    match when the internet cuts out because the Xbox rests. This only happens when we are in the same lobby. When we are playing on our own with different people it had not issues. Only when we are in the same lobby it disconnects. Any suggestions on what could
    be the issue.

    Need help with xbox live

    My xbox(s) have been messin up lately, The wireless one used to do this alot but now my hard wired one right to the router doesnt like connecting have the time even tho we have internet going.. i think there is issues with XBL period lately. Best bet man is unplug your router and modem, wait a min then plug just your modem.. let it turn on and go online, then plug in your router. reset ur box and see if it works

    Having you tried resetting your router/modem.?

    switch off xbox first before resetting router. Wait for router to fully come back on and connect to the internet before switching xbox back on.

    Try Resetting your router by taking out the plug of the router and plug it back or if it has a reset button press that this is a common solution for internet disconnection for Routers

    You should reset your Router/Internet, but first (if your Xbox is already shutdown) unplug your X1 and then reset Router/Internet, wait 5mins for full Router/Internet reboot and then plug your X1 back in, but don’t turn it on for about 5mins, then try
