    Internet Problem. Can't connect to internet


    My Xbox one has started to randomly disconnect from internet and Xbox live after a few hours of use and says that it can't connect to internet again. This same issue happened yesterday and this morning it said it couldn't connect but then after restarted
    Xbox it connected to internet. This issue just happened again and now my Xbox won't connect to internet or Xbox live

    Rockband store down for anyone else?

    Yeah i had a problem with it too. Said it cannot connect to the servers. I thought it was just a problem with my internet connection.

    Thanks for ur suggestions but it didn't quite solve my problem because I can't even test the Internet connection. When I connect my Internet cable without connecting the tv cable, it shows that it is connected, but once I connect the tv cable, it shows that

    Unplug your router for 30 seconds from electricity. Then turn it on, it could help. If you do not try deleting the cache in Xbox, you will do so by holding the Xbox Power button on the console for 10 seconds.

    Have you tried to contact AT&T or your internet service provider? I think if you ask them to open some ports, that may solve it. Had that happen with me once.
