    hey i have an xbox one Elite ( i don't know if this matters) and it's hard wired. So when i start the xbox it does not automatically connect to the internet. it say's { cannot connect to your DHCP server} and {Unplug the power from your router or modem for
    30 seconds, then plug it back in. wait 30 seconds. when ready check again}

    i have hard rest my xbox and checked if the power save mode was on still having the same problem.

    what do i do next?

    Hi,

    have 100 % the same issue (only difference: for game Simpsons Hit & Run). When "starting" I get pop up saying

    "This original XBOX game is not supported on your XBOX 360 Console. An update is possibly available. ...." (translated from original german text).

    The subsequent update (after connecting to internet) did not change anything ...

    Do you get the same text ?
