    Wow im not alone.

    Last couple of dayz have bad xbox live.... sometimes i cant even log in, sometimes cloud save takes minutes instead of seconds before.... sometimes lost connection.

    Cmon guyz fix this things.

  6. Hey, everyone! Sorry to see that you're having issues with connecting! I need to know a few things before I'm able to get this up to the right people.

    I see several of you have tried a factory reset or removing your profiles. Recently, when users have seen the "Unable to connect to Xbox Live" error, other users have resolved that by signing out of their profile and signing back in, or removing it and re-adding
    it. Please remember that our community is only trying to help you out and give suggestions that they give are based on the symptoms you're showing.

    That being said, I'm going to lay out some regular troubleshooting that we do in these types of situations. You will want to follow all the steps and prompts in our

    Network Connection
    solution page.

    If that doesn't help you out, I will need the following bits of information to get this to the proper team to look into it for you.

    • Region (I know most of you have said Italy, I am looking for confirmation here)
    • Internet provider
    • Router and modem manufacturer and model information
    • What error are you receiving?
    With that information, I can help you guys out by getting you to the right folks. Thanks for your assistance in nailing this down with us. Internet & multiplayer connection good. Still can't connect to live :D

    Myself and many others are experiencing the same issue with our Xbox Ones not being able to reach any Xbox Live services. We each have working internet connections and the network/multiplayer tests in settings say everything is good. The only tab available
    is home and no online features work. The friends list is there, BUT it looks like a static snapshot of a few days ago (so, not working). We've tried hard resetting our routers and systems with no success. Removing an account from the system does not resolve
    the issue as it will become unreachable.

    When I try to use the Xbox app from Windows 10, sign in fails and it says that I am not connected to the internet, though I clearly am. It seems like internet services are not being sent/receive between XBL servers and our ISP, Telecom Italia.

    This issue began around 5:00 +1 UTC Saturday, and has had no change since. This is NOT something that can be resolved at the user level and must be done at the XBL or ISP level.

    I successfully setup a VPN on my router and was able to get online, but this is not the long term solution.

    Everyone experiencing this issue is in the same building and everyone is effected. No one living in other buildings is effected. Everyone in the building connects through the same router, is it possible that someone was banned in our building causing a
    block of the entire network below the router? This seems like the only thing that would cause an issue like this on such a specific way.

    I'm trying to work with the ISP, but they speak Italian and are not very helpful. Below is my tracert to xbox.com so you have the IPs needed to see how far you can get from the other side. Hopefully that could isolate the issue. Seems like a lot of hops
    to me.

    A traceroute to www.xbox.com doesn't say much (for an obvious reason).

    Run a packet analyzer (e.g Wireshark) on your computer whilst trying to connect to Xbox Live through the Xbox app on your computer. This will tell you exactly where it fails and why.

    Region: UK - England - West Midlands

    Internet provider - Virgin Media

    Router and modem manufacturer and model information - Virgin Super Hub

    What error are you receiving? - getting no error - it just does nothing

    I have this same issue and im in South Africa. I know of a few guys who have exactly the same issue.

    The last time i spoke to Xbox support the guy actually told he he suspects it to be a software issue that the previous update caused. Its happening more often and is really frustrating that im paying for a service i cannot use, and its not just multiplayer
    gaming. Ive got Netflix, which i cant access due to Xbox live issues that im paying for as well....

    Please sort yourselves out Xbox, you want to increase subscription but your service is not even working....... Very frustrated Gamer from SA

  14. Hey, all! If you are receiving an error that you aren't connected, but when you run the test it says everything is all good, that is not the same as the issue reported in this thread. Please post up a new thread so that the community can help you out on
    that.

    For all users in Italy - Are you still experiencing this issue? I'm looking for the information above if you are. I'd like to look into this further, but need everything listed above before I can do that. Thanks for understanding!

    I keep getting the "Connect to Xbox Live" on the home screen. The console is connected to the internet and the connectivity test say that my connection is good and the multiplayer and NAT have no problems and is open.
