Hallo, ich habe Probleme mich über die Xbox 1 via LAN oder WLAN ins Internet zu bringen. Das System zeigt zwar eine funktionierende Verbindung an, tatsächlich klappt das jedoch nicht. Wer kann mir helfen,z.b. mit einer Schritt für Schritt Anleitung?

Trying to connect to Xbox Live using Internet Connection Sharing or Network Bridge on laptop

On your Laptop, check if your WLAN Adapter has a custom driver from the Laptop manufacturer, that automatically turns off WLAN if a LAN cable is connected. It might just be a feature of your WLAN adapter software.

So you have tried it both wired and wireless and are unable to connect? Has it ever connected?

I had a call with the XBox-Support. It seems that there is a technical mistake. Tomorrow I send the Xbox back.

Did he tried if other games work? If none of them are working, maybe your internet is too slow. You use wlan or lan? If you are using wlan you can try to connect a lan cable and see if it works.
