Internet issues regarding online games.

Note: before I explain anything, lets make it clear I am only 14. Forgive my lack of knowledge on some topics.
So, I've been having issues with games such as roblox, Minecraft, etc with bad network buffers

I take a look at this and the only thing that seems to be wrong is network send.

I took an internet speed test and scored very low plus that divided all the devices in my house

I updated my motherboard LAN drivers and it was fine for that night but then the next day the internet wasn't working for this device. I reset the router and motem and the problem came back up again.
.tried a full network reset
.updated all my drivers

However, I take a look at the link speed so obviously it must be something else.

My network activity is looking normal so it couldn't be that.

So last thing I did is check for packet loss before coming here

I am not sure if this is bad or good. I would appreciate some feedback

Packet loss is never good.

This issue sounds like you may have a problem with the external line from the exchange to your house.

Get your ISP to test your network connection.

A High Resistance (HR) cable fault could be causing your loss of connectivity.

when we get the kitchen remolded were gonna put Ethernet cords under the floor so that we only have the router to blame for issues. but for now I wanted help on how to solve my small issue until I can do that

I thought it was my Internet service provider too but when I ran and internet speed and packet loss detection on the 2 others computers in my home they scored perfect 0% loss with their mbps speed both at least 50.

Hello The_Hells_Hunter, of all the images you sent the last one is one of the most important for showing packet loss.

If this is happening means that download and upload data is being lost, this contributes to the slowdown in your network.

I don't know what your ISP, an internet provider, would be, but the ideal would be to ask for help for your guardians and request a check on your home network, whether on the cables or on the equipment to check where the fault is.

You can get a 50ft Ethernet cable for about $20 on Amazon, that would be your cheapest solution from the sound of it.
