    Internet is working but can't sign in


    I just bought a new Xbox one elite console and it connects to my wifi. However, when I try to sign in to play any game I get this message:Try again in a while. "Sorry, it looks like our service isn't working right. To check Xbox Live service status, go
    to Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support."

    360 S Signing in and Dashboard problems

    Okay, so my problem is mostly gone. I can access the dashboard, and sign in to the offline profiles, but I still can't sign in with the Xbox Live profiles (Free and Gold). My Internet connection is working fine, but for some reason I still can't connect

    Can't Connect to XBL after update

    My internet is working fine and everything, even when I test my connection on the dashboard it says Xbox Live is up and running but when I go to sign in I can't connect. Help..?

    I have the exact same problem with my XB1 Elite Console that I picked up yesterday 11/6/2015. Hopefully they can resolve this immediately... let's be patient for a little while. I'm sure they know what's up.

    Hey there ChillyTrout8713 and DAMAGEINDICATOR!

    Wanted to drop by and see if you're still having trouble connecting to Xbox Live with your new console. if you are, have you a tried a full power cycle yet? Hold down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off) and then turn it back
    on.

    Keep us in the loop with your connection issues!

    Im having the same problems. Randomly can't sign in to XBOX live, yet other times I get on no problem. Each time I can't sign in, it says I can connect to my network and the internet, but can't sign in to LIVE

    since about Christmas 2015. Hate it so much.

    Signing out and signing back in works for a while, then it goes back to not being able to do much of anything.

    Pass the connection test, but no accounts can connect to Xbox LIVE

    Same thing is happening to me right now and I am not sure why. Internet works everywhere else in my house. When I troubleshoot, it connects just fine, then I can't sign in after the troubleshoot. Really frustrating.
