    HELP! The statement that posts when I try to load my perfect-this-month Daily Challenges informs me that I am not connected to the Internet. I AM!

    Daily Challenge on MS Solitaire Collection

    Game opens but when I try to choose one of the daily challenge games, it starts to load and then stops. Can't load the individual games in the daily challenge in Microsoft Solitaire Challenge. I can open the individual games without going to the daily
    challenge. Help please.

    Daily challenge solitaire won't load

    Suddenly today I can't play my Daily Challenge solitaire games. It said to check the internet connection, but it's working fine, as I am able to get into other games like Mahjong and word games. Is this because it is Jan 1st? I have been playing this every day for years, and want to continue. I have tried turning my computer off then on again, but I get the same message.
    It seems to be working now.

    Suddenly today I can't play my Daily Challenge solitaire games. It said to check the internet connection, but it's working fine, as I am able to get into other games like Mahjong and word games. Is this because it is Jan 1st? I have been playing this every day for years, and want to continue. I have tried turning my computer off then on again, but I get the same message.
    Same question and same description as everybody else have played for years with no problem, just solitaire daily challenges, others fine and internet ok. Surely somebody at Microsoft should be available to sort this over the holidays. We pay enough for all the 'services'.....Happy New Year eeverybody :(

    Daily challenges not opening

    I've also got the 'there was a problem downloading daily challenge data. please check your internet connection and try again. please refer to error code 002000' on two different laptops one running 32 bit W8.1 and the other running 64 bit W8.1

    The version of Taptiles is 1.8.0.31101

    It's only the daily challenge that is failing to load - Taptiles itself logs into Xbox OK.

    Also the daily challenges for Minesweeper, Mahjong and Solitaire load without any problems
