Internet features COMPLETELY broken following July 2nd Preview Program Update

Since last night, I have been plagued by the known issue of apps not loading post-7/2/15 update, which seems to be fairly common. However, when I DO get an app to load, if it requires an internet connection to function, despite being connected to a working
wireless network, my Xbox informs me that "You need to be online to use this game/app," and this issue has persisted for about 20 hours, through about 30 hard resets of my system, and about 10 hard resets of my network. My Xbox One is basically a huge paperweight.
It is ridiculous that the Preview Team would roll out an update that is so obviously broken. The 7/2/15 update was supposed to be a small bug-fixing patch, but in actuality, it actually introduced far worse, console-breaking bugs, such as this. I can't even
"Report a Problem" to the Xbox Preview Dashboard, which is totally ridiculous. The Preview Team needs to address this, ASAP.

You are going to run the risk of bugs including console breaking ones which is why you should read the terms and conditions and follow up emails

Thats why its called a beta

Fyi the terms and conditions of the beta has something about the bugs you want to read about but sinces its partt of thw nda you have you read it yourself believe ne you want to read it

I was linked to the submit page that led to the posting of this thread, by Microsoft Support in a chat. Where was I supposed to post it?

Also, bugs are acceptable. HOWEVER, it is not acceptable to roll out an update with CONSOLE-BREAKING bugs, whatsoever.
