internet explorer wont start

just today the ie program on my x1 crashes every time I try to start it.

Got trolled super hard in R6

Please try another browser such as internet explorer.

Start > type internet explorer.

Please turn any popup blockers off and refresh the page or try another browser like Internet explorer in Start > type internet explorer.

Sorry you're having issues with IE. Try doing the following.

1. Close and open the app. Press home on your Xbox controller, highlight IE, Press Menu, then Select Close.

2. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset. To do this with your console on hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds until the console quickly shuts down. Then turn it back on and see if it works.

3. Try
removing your profile, and then adding it back again.

 

I am having the same problem. Everytime I try to start it. It shows loading symbol on black screen. Then it goes back to hime showing the IE icon

 

i had to do a default reset to fix it. also got the new dash later that night . now ie crashes every 30 seconds.
