    Internet Explorer on Xbox One

    I know it will likely run faster/smoother because of the new hardware - what I'm referring to has more to do with the features. For example, I always figured you couldn't watch videos on the Xbox 360's version of IE because it would undermine the whole point
    of having partnerships with so many video apps on the Xbox 360. If that's the case, do you think that limitation, along with others, will still carry over onto the Xbox One? Why or why not? Discuss.

    If it says Internet Explorer 11, it may just mean your current web browser is too old to work with that page correctly and it requires you to update to the latest version of Internet Explorer in order to redeem the code.

    Either update Internet Explorer or try a different web browser.

    Sadly no. The browser that was added to the Xbox 360 is an old version of Internet explorer from around 2010/11. Due to hardware limitations the Xbox 360 is incapable of supporting a better internet browser, hence no more versions were made available.
