Internet explorer on the xbox one

My internet explorer is saying a virus was detected on my system how can I fix this?

Internet Explorer on Xbox One

I know it will likely run faster/smoother because of the new hardware - what I'm referring to has more to do with the features. For example, I always figured you couldn't watch videos on the Xbox 360's version of IE because it would undermine the whole point
of having partnerships with so many video apps on the Xbox 360. If that's the case, do you think that limitation, along with others, will still carry over onto the Xbox One? Why or why not? Discuss.

better hardware.... etc.. think about it for a minute... the IE app is only a year old or so... the guts of the Xb-360 are 8 years old... and when you look at the specs... I do not think a windows OS would even run on them now-a-days

Try deleting the app from your Xbox One if possible. If that doesn't work locate the cache of your Internet Explorer. Finally if that all else fails and you really want to get rid of it. Try factory resetting your Xbox One, it deletes everything (profiles,
save data, games etc.) This is your worse case scenario option. If none of these work. Try calling Microsoft, may be embarrassing but it will probably solve your problem. Happy Gaming!

Most browsers cant run with only 512mb of ram. Of course IE will be alot more fluid with the xbox one's 8GB of ram
