    Hi,

    Is internet explorer for Xbox one available in Australia?

    I have an Xbox Live Gold subscription, but I cannot seem to find IE on my new Xbox one.

    Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but would appreciate some pointers.

    A confirmed feature of the new Xbox... you might be surprised.

    Well, everything that you can access through an internet browser is available on Xbox 360 now with the Internet Explorer App.

    Download Internet Explorer

    1. From Xbox Home, go to Apps and select Browse Apps.

    Xbox 360 does not support the Edge browser, so it cannot be installed. I believe Xbox 360 has the Internet Explorer browser still available.

    Most browsers cant run with only 512mb of ram. Of course IE will be alot more fluid with the xbox one's 8GB of ram

    I know it will likely run faster/smoother because of the new hardware - what I'm referring to has more to do with the features. For example, I always figured you couldn't watch videos on the Xbox 360's version of IE because it would undermine the whole point
    of having partnerships with so many video apps on the Xbox 360. If that's the case, do you think that limitation, along with others, will still carry over onto the Xbox One? Why or why not? Discuss.
