    for the last few months i have had the error (0x838601e7) come up every time i open internet explorer, with the options of Try again or use offline. I'm not finding any info from anyone else having the same issues or anything on a solution. having issues
    streaming PPV movies through the app now and trying to find a solution and get ride of this constant error promt.

    I am having the same problem with my xbox, I cannot connect to any internet or even open network settings it says the same error code and when I search the error code in the error code lookup it says that no support articles were found for it. I hope somebody
    solves this problem.
