Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having an issue with internet explorer. We recommend to first try a power cycle on the console then rollback the system update on the Xbox 360.

1. Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache" section
   above.
   
2. Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
   
   1. Press the Guide button
      on your controller.
      
   2. Go to settings and select System.
      
      
   3. Select Storage.
      
      
   4. Enter the following button sequence: X,LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
      
      
   5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.

It's likely that the error is due to Xbox 360 no longer being maintained. You can try to delete/re-download the IE. Kindly sign in to Xbox Live with your gamertag.

Delete Internet Explorer:

Restart your Xbox console.

Go to Settings and select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Games and Apps.

Highlight Internet Explorer and Press Y.

Select Delete and choose Yes to delete all items for Internet Explorer.

Reinstall Internet Explorer:

From Xbox Home, go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.

Browse or search for Internet Explorer.

Select Internet Explorer to download the app. When the download is complete, Internet Explorer automatically.
