Need help

video not working green screen keeps appearing after few seconds

even Netflix app will show

the green screen after seconds of watching

Try performing a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

it also keeps flickering during a game play, netflix and internet explorer are fine.

And someone told me it might be my interent but I can use Netflix,internet explorer, and youtube just fine on the xbox
