Using Belikin as wireless access point. Belkin is wired to Motorola Router (Motorola wireless disabled because it sucks).

XBOX One is wired directly to Motorola. Works fine

All other devices work fine going through the belkins except xbox 360.

Added Xbox to DMZ list "FAIL"

tried various ip settings."FAIL"

used same ipconfig/DNS server as labtop "Fail"

UPNP Enabled on both routers

Added MAC address of 360 to motorola pass through.

Help Please. Not sure what Im missing

It doesn't help. I don't get any of the error messages in the link you gave me.

The only things that seem to work for me is resetting the router frequently and just being patient.

Appreciate if you can post up the model number of our Belkin device, and your Motorola gateway as well.

Make sure your Xbox One's Power settings are set to energy-saving mode, and not Instant-On mode.

Unplug your Xbox One from the Motorola.

Restore your Xbox 360's network settings (Network settings > Configure Network > Additional settings tab > Restore network settings to factory defaults).

If it's possible, power off your Motorola for a couple of minutes, and make a direct connection to the Motorola.

Is your Belkin F7D2301 v1 (01) configured to be operating as an Access Point? You usually have an existing WLAN infrastructure that you can extend with a wireless access Point (repeater).

Belkin is actually not configured as an access point. Would this be better for my network?

Wired 360 to Motorola no luck. Worked like that before Christmas. Reboot Motorola, same result.

 

At this point, let's not discuss how your Belkin router, or your Motorola gateway should be properly setup, to work with one or the other, seamlessly, but instead concentrate on why your Xbox 360 can't connect through your Motorola gateway.

Try reset your Motorola gateway back to factory defualts. Consult the manual for your gateway, how to properly restore to factory settings. If your connection method requires authentication to your ISP (username and password), make sure you know the login
crendentials for your ISP.

On your Xbox 360, clear the Xbox system cache, and restore network settings to factory defaults (as mentioned in a previous post).

Turn off your console.

Use the same Ehternet Cable as you're using to connect your Xbox One, to your Motorola, and connect this Cable to your Xbox 360 instaed.

Turn on your console and head over to Network Settings and select Test Xbox Live Connection.

Let me know how that goes.

 

Defaulted gateway, cleared cache 3 times, defaulted 360 network settings used same ethernet cable, same issue.

Defaulting the Motorola did change ip settings and dns settings to the correct addresses.
