    Xbox authentication infinite loop

    edge will not open to authenticate my internet connection because the internet is not connected. can I force edge to open on xbox one? if not can you please make a better internet browser?

    Microsoft Edge needs fixed

    my Microsoft edge keeps shutting down when trying to watch any video and its really getting on my nerves i loved the browser best when it was still internet explorer so either fix edge and make it work like it should or bring back internet explorer please

    Clean the cache of your console, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again

    Just making sure this is on your XBOX console and not your PC.

    Regardless, agree with the below tip as that has cleared things up in the past.

    Clean the history of your browser, If It doesn't work so unistall the app and install It again

    Does this happen only with Edge or all the devices and browsers you've tried? if it is only with the Edge it is probably something that it does not support, but if it is general it is a problem with your internet.
