Internet disconnects when using Xbox One

I'm not sure if it is, because I still get disconnected when NO ONE is using any Internet. The only thing that I get when people are using bandwidth is more lag, and I get disconnected more often.

I'm curious about something.

When I'm using an App such as YouTube, the Xbox 360 never disconnects. It works perfectly for hours and hours.

I only get disconnections when playing a game. But this lead to me think about something... is it possible that you get disconnected if your Xbox 360 is NOT using the internet connection?

For instance, YouTube needs a constant internet connection so it's always in use. When I'm playing a game, such as a single player game, I'm not technically using the internet... not co-op, 2 player or anything.

Is this possible? Or is this something that wasn't actually implemented into the Xbox 360?

After trying many things I have found out my Xbox One only keeps shutting down when it is connected to the internet, if I plug in the internet cable or connect using wi-fi it will shut almost immediately, but when it is disconnected from the internet it
will stay on all day....weird.

Multi player parts of games load and than bring me back to dashboard or say disconnected from internet, it varies from time to time. I have 4 other things using the internet, but all of the other are off when using Xbox One X.

Recently, there have not been any disconnects while play online games, that stopped happening like, four weeks ago about. I was having disconnect issues while playing single player games. When ever it disconnects during single player games, it happens
much more frequently than every 20 minutes.

There are lots of times when other people are using the internet and I am getting disconnected, but I also get disconnected when no one else is using the internet.

Should be disconnecting at all. My house is hitting 40mb/s download and 10mb/s upload.
