Internet Disconnections Issue

I am in the Insider Program and for roughly a month now I get kick back to the main screen while playing games with a error message saying no internet connection . I get this once or twice a day almost every day . I've reported this issue and it clears up
for the rest of the night . My Xbox is connected my home screen still work , friends list etc. . I have check the Network settings sometimes it shows everything is normal other times it can't bring up the info (Nat type ... ) Once In awhile I actually get
signed out . I have tried full shutdowns ... unplugging everything no change . My other devices never miss a beat when it come to internet connection . I never see this on the Insider list "?" . Anyone else having disconnect issues when playing a game ?

Have you disconnect from your internet and reconnected? Usually when I was having issues that was the fix, or hard resets.

Which insider ring are you on? A previous build of Alpha Skip came with disconnect issues, but has already been resolved with the new update.

 

There could be a variety of factors from which insider ring you may be on, builds issues, or maybe you are not on the newest build. There also may be an issue with the hardware to hardware (Router needs to be reset, modem rest, power cycle the console, etc.).

Make sure to report the problem if your able with the tool provided on your console.

Hold down your guide button on your controller to open the system power menu. Then select 'Report a problem' and choose the appropriate category to report the problem under.

 

I'm in the Alpha I still get disconnections once in awhile unfortunately now I'm getting constant headset notification which if your playing a game it causes performance issues .

Depends on the insider ring, internet, how used your console is, how stable the release is your running.

I would go full refresh.

 

If you do a quick google search or poke around on reddit a bit you'll find that this has been a very under publicized problem for the xbox one x. I started having the issue with my X around April. Makes watching YouTube or Netflix impossible. I wouldnt
call it a red ring of death situation seeing as how its circumvented buy not using wifi, but thats just not an option for a lot of people including myself. I have found that switching the power mode from instant on to power saving helps Counter-Strike Google

What ever is going on with the program it is still a issue even after the update (Funny thing when you report a issue the Progam says everything is ok ). I still get disconnects often and this month it's notifications just about every minute almost everyday
I have disconnect or notifications. I just left Alpha Skip the other day drop to Delta Tier . I still have these issues all the time . I report everyday except when the disconnects right in the middle of finally being able to report the issue . I have the Xbox
One X since day 1 so hopefully this isn't part of issue .

 

Update , I went back to my old X1S for about a month and recently decide to hook back up my Xbox One X. I had no issues for a whole week until I made a report about external hdd (can't download on external ? keeps stopping installation )and mention I was
on My X1X . Since that report I have been having disconnect issues everyday again funny for a whole week before that not one issue with internet disconnects or should say interuptions long enough to play havoc on games everything else no issues . The real
kicker is after I report the issue it clears up for a hour or more .
