Internet disconnecting every 15 min

Hi all,

My internet is disconnecting every 15 min or so on my Xbox one X, I have this console for less the a month and this is so annoying, it happens regardless of cable or wifi connection and it disconnects from the Xbox live as well, the console completely breaks
the connection with the internet for 20 seconds and then it reconnects.

I've tryed hard resetting it by pressing the shut down button for a few seconds, and also left the Xbox disconected from the power cable for 12h or so. The problem persists... This never happens with my old Xbox one console and it didn't happens when I first
goth this new Xbox one X console, but now it happens all the time.

Is there a fix for that?

It started 2 weeks after purchase. My internet stop working, and so I had to star using the neighbors wifi, that's when it started, but now my internet is back on and the disconnects happens even with the internet cable connected to the console.

Has this always happened since you purchased it or just started happening?

if I were you I would try to connect the console to the internet using a wired connection, just to see if the problem is that your console is too far from the router

I'm currently using a wired connection, still disconnects for 20 sec and then reconnects... Is a constant thing and the weird part is that happens every 15 min or so, is not at random times.
