    Internet connection reads all clear but no xbl


    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Columbus, Ohio, U.S.

    Modem brand & model number: Ubee Gateway

    Router brand & model number:

    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: Xbox ONE only

    Wired or Wireless (for each console): Wired

    Things you have tried: Everyhing short of factory reset

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: Yes

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: No, (Open)

    Any Error Codes you encounter: None

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Time Warner Internet connection reads all clear but no xbl :(





    Started having problems yesterday afternoon but I thought it was an XBL issue, the only thing I've seen on service status all day is message about Netflix and Youtube not working.



    I can sign in and the network test says I'm connected to the net but when I go back to the dashboard I get the "suggestion to get you back online dialog, every time I try to sign in it simply returns to the home dashboard and says the same thing

    .

    Any help would be much appreciated folks, thank you very much in advance!

    Clear internet Connection

    well my now internet connection is 92 ms PING , download speed 2.60 Mbps Upload Speed 0.37 Mbps ( ATT DSL)

    and i don't know to Port Forward a device, or anything.

    Hello, could you try the following ?

    1. Press the Menu button and go to Settings
    2. Select Network
    3. Select Advanced settings and Alternate MAC Address
    4. Select ClearSettings
    5. Select Restart
    Tell me if that helped solve the issue

    Not sure what happened but I plugged my 360 in for a bit and left the XB1 unplugged for about an hour or so. I hooked in all back up in response to your post and now it's working fine... go figure.

    It might of just needed a reboot then if your console is on instant on

    I'm having the same issue, this all started two days ago. Did the mac reset and it has still not helped.

    Hello, could you try the following ?

    Wow. Do you really think that is the reason? Read what i have posted. I have internet connection but it cant connect to the XBl... Reset won't fix anything
