    Internet Connection problems


    Hello.

    I have two Consoles here, so i can be sure it is not a problem of my internet connection themself.

    I have a xbox one and a xbox one x. Since a few days, the one x makes trouble connecting to the internet.

    it switches arround between ipv4, ipv6, no connection, teredo errors, no problem, NAT not available, NAT

    open, no serviceinformation and so on, it changes every 30 seconds.

    I tried to reconnect, restart, set the console back to factory settings, and so on.

    The old xbox makes absolutely no trouble and works fine.

    What can i do? I am totally confused, i think if any hardware trouble it would not work completely anymore

    but sometimes it works fine for an hour. And sometimes after a few minutes i get the message i were logged out,

    says goodbye and throws me back to startscreen and tells me i need an internetconnection.

    I don't know what i can do or what is wrong with that [Mod Removed - Profanity].

    I'm having the same issue. The next screen says that my modem may be set up to filter out some devices. I havent changed anything, and it worked fine before. It says to make sure it isnt filtering the xbox out, but I have NO IDEA how to do that or even where
    to start. Someone please respond. This is annoying.

    Greetings, Guessed! Can you try using a public DNS and let us know if the problem persists? Here are the steps to do this:



    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

    2. Select Network Settings.

    3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.

    4. Select Configure Network.

    5. On the Basic Settings tab, select DNS Settings.

    6. Select Manual.

    7. Select Primary DNS Server.

    8. Enter 4.2.2.1, then select Done.

    9. Select Secondary DNS Server.

    10. Enter 4.2.2.2, then select Done.

    11. Select Done again.

    12. Press the B button on your controller, and then select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.



    *Make sure you disable Port Forwarding and leave UPnP enabled.

    Give it a shot and let me know if you notice a difference. Standing by!

    really thanks, but my routers are fine - they are working as they were. the proplem is in the xbox so i will try to master reset it, but i need advice on how to do it, and how will it effect my game saves and my xbox live account? after that would it be
    possible for me to play on this account??
