    So I'm connected to the Internet on my Xbox 1 by a fixed internet line and I can search/web browse on my Mac (using wifi) but for some reason on my Xbox and on my MacBook I cannot connect to any help pages from Xbox support. So I am currently using my phone
    to search through all possible threads to help me! My account on the Xbox logs in, I can test my network and everything is fine also test multiplayer and it's fine but I still cannot get any connection to Xbox live or Xbox support or even load a game. When
    I click on Xbox store I get error code (0x87de07d1) which is also asking wether I own this game or app when I have the disc in the tray?

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    P.s missing out on crucial destiny time over the weekend!!!!!!

    Internet connection issues

    My XBOX ONE was working fine 2 days ago.

    This time it said it can not get an IP address.

    I try to do a multiplayer connection and I get "Can not finish multiplayer tests 0x7fc3

    I have tried rebooting my xbox and gateway several times to no avail.

    My NAT can change every reboot to strict, moderate and open.

    I can not sign in at the top of the console.

    I live in British Columbia Canada

    ISP is shaw communications

    I have Gateway Cisco DPC3825

    I have powered off all other internet gadgets

    Yesterday I was getting DNS is not resolving server names

    Network mode BGN mixed

    Radio band 2.4 GHz

    SPI Firewall protection is off

    IPV6 Firewall Protection is on

    IP flood detection box is unchecked

    Yesterday my packet loss was 98 percent. today it is 24 percent

    ISP says download speed is 19.33

    Upload speed is 0.50 and ping 14 ms

    I have not been able to play for 2 days now.

    Is it my internet or the Xbox one?

    What kind of internet connection does your friend have? Is he on a broadband connection? Perhaps he can run a speed test on his connection and send it into Activision to show them that it is a connection issue and therefore not his fault?

    I tried to use the wireless connection but the issue was not resolved. i iilso tried to switch the modem off for 5 minutes, switch off the x box one s by pressing the xbox button on the consolle for 10 sexonds, than connect via cable the modem to the consolle,
    switch them both. I had no result. I don't know if should I change something in the settings of the modem, but I think it would be strange. I don't know how to go on, I would just be able to play with the console which I waited so long.

    I really hope you can help me

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    The speed of your internet can cause these type of issues if the demand for the game is higher than the circuit can handle.
