    Internet connection is live but cannot connect to the store


    When I press Buy on the online store I get the following message:

    "check your internet connection and try again. we couldn't connect to the store"

    My internet connection has tested OK on the same xbox one console and my banking details are still the same as a month ago when I encountered the same problem which went away after a few days.

    There is no error code to search on.

    I cannot purchase Xbox live gold. I get the message "try again later check your Internet connection and try again. We couldn't connect to the store.

    Yeah i had a problem with it too. Said it cannot connect to the servers. I thought it was just a problem with my internet connection.

    tried it but no luck.

    On the network test menu, both network and internet are ok but LIVE cannot connect

    "your console is connected to internet but cannot connect to LIVE. unplug your modem 30 seconds then replug it"

    could it be a modem getaway config problem ? I'm clueless

    Same problem here too! Won't let me sign in at all. Says my xbox cannot connect to xbox live. Connection test shows it getting on the internet just fine just cannot connect to xbox.
