Internet connection failure xbox one x

Ive post about this 2 time already and no response .. i have xbox one x, i use wired internet connection.. everday, yes literally, i turn on xbox and the internet doesnt work, the home screen will say ‘connect to xbox live’. I can only fix by hard restart
console or unplugging ethernet cable for 20 seconds. why does this happening everytine i use my console?? Power setting is on energy saver. Anyone can help will be so appreciated this issue is horrible..

p.s. don’t blaming my home internet like the typical response which actually just mean people have no idea whats happening because i have 2 xbox one x, ps4, ps4 pro and 2 PC plus mobile phone connecting to same internet no problem at all, ever, the problem
is isolated to a single xbox one x device which happens to be my daily user so its headache..

When your connection fails between Network and Internet, does it give you the
"Internet Error" message?

If so, you may want to contact the administrator of your network and request that your Xbox console be added to the network filter. When you ask the admin to add your console to a filter, you must have your console's IP address and MAC address available. To
find the IP address and MAC address for your Xbox console, follow these steps:

Press the Guide button on your controller, and go to Settings.
Select System Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Wired Network, or the name of your Wireless Network.
Select Configure Network.
Document the IP Address.
Select Additional Settings.
Select Advanced Options.
Document the MAC Address.

Once you have this information, contact your admin. If the admin is unable or unwilling to add your console to the network filter, you will not be able to connect to Xbox Live on that network.

1. no, i have xbox slim with the internal thing

2. apartment complex i don't think its shared internet the wifi is provided by an outside company

3. error is between network and internet

i'd like add that the programs i mention were microsoft windows media center--i see it on my ps3, if that helps.

i did talk with my provider and everything seems fine, for now.
