    Internet Connected but not XBL


    Hello,

    I have an Xbox One S. Recently I've been having connection issues with XBL. I was also having some trouble with my internet and my provider switched out my modem. After activating the new hardware and getting everything connected again, I'm finding that
    my Xbox is giving me problems.

    When I check the connection it says everything is good to go, but when I check multiplayer connection it says I need to connect to the internet. ...?????

    I talked to a chat agent for Xbox and they had me do an OS reset while keeping my apps and games, they had me restart my modem, and nothing is working. I tried to connect my Xbox to my mobile hotspot and I was able to log in to my gamer tag and XBL worked
    just fine. It's only when I connect to my home internet that it doesn't work. I've tried it hard wired to my modem and over wifi and nothing works.

    Can anyone tell me why my gamer tag/XBL won't connect to my internet???

    My Xbox Is Connected To The Internet But It Wont Let Me Sign Into XBL!!

    Today i tried to sign on to XBL and it woudlnt let me. So i troubleshooted and checked my connection and my 360 connects to my wireless network, which is connected to the internet, and CAN get onto XBL....But my 360 will not sign into XBL . Help Please

    Actually Im still have the problem and cant connect to XBL , Im thinking now to change my console. the test connection stop between the internet and XBL, and when click more info, tell me that Im connected to internet but cant connect to XBL, and appears
    some solutions about resetting the router and modem and unplug the power for 30 seconds and other usual solutions, and all didnt work with me.

    hey peeps, i cannot connect to XBL, im with sky but my connection is fine.

    i did a connection test and found my Xbox is connecting to the router and internet but is unable to connect to XBL.

    anyone else having the same problem today?
