Internet apps won't connect

No Netflix. No Amazon Instant Video. No Explorer.

I deleted Netflix to reinstall it and now it says I'm not connected but yet it still shows my friends that are online.

Amazon give me an error code: MP1023. Searching that error code turns up this, "You see this error if you don't connect your Xbox console directly to your TV." Well, it runs through my receiver (HDMI) like it always has, nothing has changed.

When you run the "test xbox live connection" it says everything is fine. My system is hardwired, not wifi. I have reset everything multiple times and there is no change. It has been like this for about 2 weeks.

Any Suggestions???

Xbox won't load games or apps and won't connect to the internet.

So it began a couple days ago when I turned on my Xbox after bringing it on a trip with me. When it turned on it said it was not connected to the inernet, so I clicked on the window telling me to connect and I gave it 2 minutes til it told me that I should
shut off my Xbox and turn it back on. Once I turned it back on, I tried to into my games and apps to get to settings with no luck. It told me the same thing. Once it turned on again I tried to go into the left tab and scroll to settings with no luck. Once
I pressed left on the dashboard it put a grey layer over my screen and then shut itself off. I have been trying other ways and retrying the same ones with not much happening. I have made it to the settings app once, and I tried to connect to the wifi and it
didn't work. I tried everything it told me to do. I even connected it with an ethernet and that did not help. I am enrolled in the Xbox Insider program so this could be an issue with the new update, but I am not sure. If I make it back into settings I will
probably factory reset my Xbox, and hopefully that will fix the issue. If anyone has gotten this glitch and fixed it somehow I would love to know how. Thanks.

Well this is because xbox and the people who manage it are *** douchebags. Always and I mean always some sort of *** *** is wrong.

I was able to back up to the Amazon Live home then instead of watchlist i selected my shows and its working

I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.

Rewards app won't work for either the Xbox One S or the Xbox Series S trying multiple internet connections and DNS servers

Try uninstalling/reinstalling the app. That will many times resolve these types of issues.

just tried this and still hasn't solved the issue, I also tried to send feedback with the code but tells me to sign in to track feedback but instantly the same issue.

Yikes, hopefully, uninstalled the app and redo, it may fix the issue.
