Internet apps not working

have an xbox one. My internet apps- netflix, youtube, browsers ect have not worked for over a week now. This is the message I get every time I try and launch an app: Try again in a while. Apologies, our service isn't working properly at the moment. My
network test is always good and have no problems there according to the test. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that your apps don't seem to be working properly. I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps available in our support article entitled An
application won't start on Xbox One if you haven't already to see if your apps then launch correctly.

Should you continue to have difficulty, then I would recommend that you attempt a

soft factory reset of your console (this allows you to keep games and apps installed) to remove any potentially damaging files from your console's OS. Just be sure to know your log in information (email address and password) for your Microsoft account as
this will remove any profile from your console.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

I sometimes have this problem i normally disconnect my phone from the internet and close the app then reconect to the internet and open the app and it works

Still not working still says no internet connected when there is it works for Microsoft store but not the xbox apps

Games work if u disconnect from the internet. Soo no multiplayer or apps but installed and disc games work.
