    Ive been trying to figure this one out all day going on 7 hours now......

    i turn my xbox one on only to have it say word for word, "TRY AGAIN IN A WHILE: sorry, looks like our service isnt working right. To check Xbox live service go to

    ok so i do that i go there and it says all the services are up and running, its saying theres an issue on the 360 but as i have a xbox one i dont see how this affects us that have the xbox one. so i try and trouble shoot this issue on my own i test my network
    connection,its good, i then check my multiplayer connection, its good, i try to sign into my profile then i receive the same message as shown in above paragraph/sentence.

    ok so i go to my router i do a reset not once or twice or not even three times but four times in these 7 hours, hoping for a different result im stll stuck on this same issue.

    last attempt i made was trying my brothers xbox one so i turn his on and try to sign in and he has the same issue as well, does anyone have any answers???

    PLEASE HELP!!! internet and multiplayer is fine but wont let me sign in. :(

    wont let me play multiplayer,if i sign in it wont let me go to special ops,campaign or multiplayer, only when im not sign in it will let me play special ops,and campaign,then i can sign in but as soon as i do it'll let me play special ops and campaign,but
    then i try multiplayer and it kicks me out and say's game could not start,try to download again,i did but it doesnt work after,it wont even let me go to the main menu to play either of the three

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? When it's off unplug all cables from it and let it sit for 5 minutes. Hopefully this will solve the issue for you.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? When it's off unplug all cables from it and let it sit for 5 minutes. Hopefully this will solve the issue for you.
