International shipping label...?

I will send my Series S to USA to claim for warranty. Microsoft already sent the shipping label, but that's useful only in USA and I'm in Colombia, South America. Shipping's costs from here are prohibitive!! So I wanted to know if Microsoft could send an international shipping label...

It might be important to mention that I bought this console from second hand. The original owner bought it there in USA, so the country region of this console is registered there. In other words, the warranty is not valid in my country.

Any info will be highly appreciated!! Thanks in advance

You would have to refile the warranty claim within the country of original purchase with a local address as Derek mentioned

With the exception of phones warranties are rarely international

And even with international warranty you still would you don't want to file a international warranty claim since some countries don't use the same band /parts

With consoles and TVs appliances etc you have to factor in parts

Once you ship it to the local address at your own expense they can send back the console within the country and then send it back out at your expense too

This is the cost of buying electronics internarionally

This is in part with the different laws in every country

Like Australia or EU they have 2 years warranty etc on locally bought wlectronics

Jasab, unfortunately microsoft does not have international warranty service that way, friend.

I'm sorry for the information. But really, it is only possible to activate the warranty within the country of origin of the purchase.

Devices page and there should be an option to view the label after signing in. If not please do
Contact Support again because there could be an issue with the email the label was sent to (i.e. mis-typed or incorrect email documented by agent).
