    Internal Storage Issue


    I’ve had this problem before, I’ll try to get on a game and it says “Sorry, we couldnt complete your request” and tells me to factory reset. Like I’ve said before I’ve had this problem before, some games work but others won’t. I have an Xbox One S if that means anything.

    Are all the games installed on the Xbox internal storage? Or some are on internal storage and others on external storage?

    Can you test games on other drive/storage to see if the issue happens with them too?
