    Same issue here - been trying to use this now for several days. I'm getting real tired of trying to get MS products to work - just about had it. And no word from MS saying they are working on it? Nothing to let us know it's ever going to get fixed?

    I searched for this post today to see if there was any progress on this. I found this post instead:

    forums.xbox.com/.../1659694.aspx

    which is a slightly different error but mruz292 in that thread suggested this:

    Please go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage. Please do this three times.

    I tried Xbox Fitness and got the 'Invalid configuration file' error and then did the above and it worked for me. I have no idea what the Disk & Blu-ray persistent storage has to do with Xbox Fitness but whatever.

    I still have the same issue, funny how I told a friend yesterday that Xbox Fitness was THE reason to own a Xbox One.

    Doesn´t work at all right now, I hope that they let us download the video work outs in the future, so these kind of failures do not hinder everyone so much.

    I had the same issue this morning. Tried unplugging the XBOX and that didn't help, uninstall and reinstall, that didn't help. Unplugged both the Xbox and the Kinect from the Xbox but that didn't work either.
