Hi, as far as I know there is no guidance or advise regarding cleaning the internals of the console.

I myself have never needed to clean the console and have been using them for years.

Any unofficial method will have a potential downside and since they are unofficial I can't advise them here.

As others have suggested, make sure the intake/outtake air vents are clean of any dust and/or debris.

If the vents are clean, and air circulation isn't an issue as you say...are you able to try another PSU with your console? I've seen this be the cause of excessive fan speed/noise when the PSU becomes faulty. If you have a spare PSU or perhaps can borrow
a friends, give this a try.

While your vents may be clean and air can be circulating fine, there could be a dust buildup on internal parts, such as the heatsink. I would recommend having your console serviced by a professional, to be cleaned of any internal dust buildup.

I stated that 3rd party repair services may get your console banned. If a shop replaces parts in your console, those parts may possibly be detected by Microsoft and lead to a ban for breaking the TOS. As an ambassador, you should know that 3rd party repairs
are a breach of the TOS and should not be suggesting to people that they violate that. You shouldn't even suggest any type of self repair. The consoles are only meant to be serviced by Microsoft. Don't go telling people otherwise. Have a good day!
