Intermittent Xbox Outage

Use a wired connection for the highest quality internet connection. Over Wi-Fi speed is not stable and intermittent outages.

Today there was unfortunately an intermittent outage, but it should be resolved at this time. Are you still seeing those Uh Oh errors?

It seems that right now there is an intermittence outage for Xbox Live services due to lot of players are contacting us regarding the same.

The best option for now is try waiting until the outage finally can be fixed and try again (unfortunately there is no ETA available)

The service alert doesn't effect everyone in the same ways. It could mean the service is unreliable, or intermittent outages within a region that others can download, so it's very possible that someone else has no issues downloading and purchasing, while
others cannot.

I believe there was a large network outage where it would intermittently drop for some users yesterday and the day before. This would cause brief outages and affected some peoples ability to join parties and other players games even though they was online
too once the issue subsided.

The service provider would be the best place to look here, preferably on their server status page.
