intermittent problem when completing a "pattern"

This is not the first time I have mentioned this - but nobody responds, and the problem has just happened AGAIN!

PLEASE find what the problem is and fix it!

I achieved the "pattern" on one of my cards, I got the "tick" telling me so while playing, yet on the rewards page it wasn't showing

It is not often a pattern happens anyway, so when it does it's nice!

Then nothing - it might as well not have happened after all.........

Hey there Friskier!

What Destination power pattern are you referring to and what was the pattern you accomplished? Also, do you have keys available to open any luggage you find/are awarded for achieving the power pattern?

I am currently on "gold" level and currently in USA (though it happened in France too). I only play the normal games (not power bingo). On each board is a darker shaded "pattern" that if completed, a large award bag should be given. However, on the results
page (the one saying how many bingo lines are won (if any) it SHOULD say when a travel pattern has been completed. Again, just now, that failed to show, and therefore the large reward bag didn't happen. I have ample keys. When I completed the pattern during
the game a little green "tick" appeared on my board, so it's not something I merely thought I had completed - it "proves" I had. It simply is not acknowledged once game is completed. From time to time, not always, which is very frustrating. Just now, I specifically
bought extra numbers twice (not cheap in gold level!), knowing I was so close to achieving the pattern - which of course, I did! All for nothing.

Microsoft Bingo Facebook page. You can shoot them a message and let them know what your specific issue is. We don't have access to any in-game data so we don't have any way to verify or
check out what's going on.

thank you for your response - it just happened again

though yesterday completed a pattern and the reward was acknowledged - as I say: an intermittent (and extremely frustrating) problem.

I have complained on the Facebook page as well - and nobody has responded. (Responses on there are very few and very far between; another frustration to players) However, I will copy your response and try yet again

I can understand how frustrating that is. Unfortunately as I mentioned earlier, we don't have access to that data and don't have any way to assist. I would keep on top of them and message them again to hopefully prompt an answer.

I posted my concerns (again) as you suggested, over the Easter weekend and still no response. What a joke the "support" is.

And now we are experiencing connection problems AGAIN; the game doesn't seem to be able to stay stable for more than a few days. And NO! It is NOT my computer or connection speed or anything. More and more people are complaining yet again: it goes in cycles
when connection is pretty good for a couple of weeks, then starts to deteriorate with difficulty connecting in the first place, then getting cut off during games or right at the end so any rewards won just disappear. My favourite way of relaxation just gets
too stressful
