Intermittent pixelated Display

I’m randomly getting pixelated quality even though all the settings are still in 4K. Mostly in the shadowing you can see it and in games, YouTube, streaming. I restart the system and no change. Other TV inputs are clear. I’ll give up and the next day everything is fine…. No clue if anyone else randomly gets this problem or has a fix.

I believe additional information is needed.

If you don't mind, please answer the following questions:

- Is HDR enabled on your TV?

- May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?

- Is your console's HDMI cable plugged directly into the TV?

- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports?

- Besides restarting your console, have you tried anything else to fix this?

Try setting the Colour depth to 36 bits per pixel (Settings > Display & sound > Colour depth). I had the exact same issue as you, right down to it working intermittently, on my Pioneer VSX-527, but changing that setting has fixed it for me. Here's my display/picture
settings in full:

TV Resolution: 1080p

TV Connection: HDMI (auto-detect)

Colour depth: 36 bits per pixel

Colour space: PC (RGB full)

You've actually got your 1080i and 1080p backwards as far as the pixels at a time. 1080i displays full frames at ~30 fps. 1080p displays 1/2 frames, where each frame's pixels are either even or odd and they alternate, at ~60 fps. 1080p is the best, hands
down. But it is the one that only displays 540 px at once.

there is no debate for any of this, the numbers will always hold the answer.

Thats my tv. Does that overscan option effect games?

It shouldn't. Have a look at what I have said below! (Taken from Wikipedia)
