Intermittent Invalid Format Error on LG Television when using Xbox One

I have an Xbox one from launch. I have always had it connected to a 60" LED LG television 1080p. I play games, watch videos and watch a 1080p xfinity cable box passing through the xbox one. Up until about a week ago I had a harmon kardon avr receiver
with hdmi inputs and outputs including an output to the tv with arc. I was getting intermittent invalid signal messages (with no picture) on the LG tv - sometimes from startup, sometimes when switching to the xbox one (on the receiver) and sometimes just
out of nowhere while watching any sort of output. I had thought it might be hdmi cable problems so I upgraded those to latest spec - decent cables (I did not switch to $100 monster platinum things, just brands that seemed reasonable at non-ridiculous prices
- tested with other devices with seemingly no problems). Cable changing had no effect, which did not surprise me. So I switched receiver from the hk to a denon (just looking at min features and price, no real focus on individual receiver connection track
record) Anyway, switching recievers had an impact, the problem still occurs, but it can be circumvented by switching inputs quickly and switching back. With the hk, I _HAD_ to remove power and restart to remove the problem. The problem only seems to occur
when using the xbox one - no matter the source (br disc, game, cable tuner pass-thru). It also occurs if the xbox one is directly connected to the tv. I have not observed the problem in any other context (various br devices, game consoles, cable tuner connected
directly or via the avr receiver. I have not yet moved the xbox one to another monitor but I guess I will do so just to check the result. But I hoped someone may have a quick idea of what I am doing wrong with perhaps the xbox setup or whatever... Thanks

PS: I am certainly willing to post exact model numbers of all devices/cables etc if necessary - it just seems to be related to the xbox one most directly... I'm just posting from an inconvenient location at the second to get the exact details....

4K Set top Box - Directv

I have an Xbox One X; I also have DirecTV; My television is an LG webOS TV UH6350; my DirecTV receiver is Model C61K-700. When I run my DirecTV receiver model C61K-700 directly to the HDMI input on my television (LG webOS TV UH6350 ) I am able to get 4K
support from DirecTV. However, when I Set up live TV with my Xbox One X by Connecting my set-top box HDMI output to the Xbox One HDMI input I no longer get 4k support. I receive an error stating my television does not support 4K and it automatically switches
to 1080P. Does the XboxOne X Connection to my set-top box only support 1080P? Also, is anyone else experiencing this when they connect a 4K set box to the Xbox One X?

I am having this same issue with my Xbox One X Scorpio on my LG OLED TV.
