    Hi,

    Seems like one more post on this issue but sorry ... having to stop using HDMI , moving to DVI , set up again 1080 and have to use an external audio system is quite annoying ... could it be fixed at some point or could we have some sticky note about this
    issue and on which TV it is happening and if MSFT works on some workaround or if they don't care...based on the lack of feedback, my assumption is the 2nd one.

    To be safe i sent back my XBOX one to MSFT and i have to say that:

    • shipment and tracking is pretty good, nothing to complain about this
    • tracking what MSFT is doing with your XBONE, what they noticed or couldn't reproduce is a major disappointment. they send me back my xbox one without any feedback/information on whether they did something or not ...
    So imagine how annoyed i was when the intermittent black screen appeared.... I'll try some new HDMI cable but if it's not done, i'm lucky enough that i can afford to change console or just get ride of this xbox anyway.

    I just can't accept such poor support and way to provide feedback. This is far from professional and for such a cost , that should be provided

    Streaming apps not working if I have UHD color enabled

    I have been having an ongoing issue with my Xbox One X. I have a Samsung 4k UHD tv. When I enable UHD color on the tv and then try to go in to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon I get a black screen with just sound. I have tried bypassing my receiver and connecting
    directly into the tv, resetting the Xbox and tv back to factory defaults, reinstalling the apps, and disabling everything in the xbox video options except 4k and hdr. Any ideas?

    New TV for Xbox One.

    My kids have a Samsung UA55D7000 LED Tv and it is fantastic. Even the series 6 Samsung LED Tvs would do fine, however if you have the cash as someone mentioned look at the 4K Tvs or the Samsung ES series 7 8 or 9 LED Tvs.

    Mine will be connected to a UA60ES8000.

    I can say that my Samsung 4K UHD needed to have 4k activated in the HDMI settings of the TV. Also not all HDMI ports on all 4K TV's are capable of 4K.
