    Why is the xbox ones interface so slow to do anything? i dread having to use the snap-ins as they take forever to load. It takes forever to do anything and it makes starting parties with people not on your friends list hard. The 360s interface was smooth
    and snappy compared to the sluggishness of the ones..

    Also the smartglass app is great but needs to be able to do more with interrupting the person playing on the one.

    Xbox one to complicated....

    My 360 is quicker than My X1. It's only the initial startup on the 360 that's sluggish, after that though the 360 is quicker and easier to navigate.

    Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything for 5 minutes. See if that helps with the issue.

    that seems to havecsped it up some, but its more so the snap feature thats really bad when in game.
