Inter-console game save data is not transferring/reading properly.

You cannot manually move save files on Xbox Ones through external means. It's all backed up in the cloud. As long as you are online with the same account, the save follows you.

If you are just transferring from one Xbox to another. The save should be stored in the cloud, so when you next log in on Dying Light, it should sync up your save, and you should be able to continue from where you left off.

Thanks for clarifying. Sadly, it is not possible to transfer save data between the Xbox Cloud Gaming service and a locally installed console version of a game. The save data for games played on Xbox Cloud Gaming is stored on the cloud servers and is not accessible on a local console. Similarly, save data for games played on a local console is not synced with the cloud.

It saves the code to ur Gears 3 game saves on the console you have now! When you use the transfer cable, it will transfer ALL the game saves (including you're Griffen skin)! It's all game save data!

To clarify further, the
Network Game Transfer would only transfer the games and apps from the old console to the new console; other data like profile data and save data is attached to an account's profile and backed up to Xbox Live. To redownload the save/profile data for an account
in a particular game, just launch that game from the console while the account is signed in and connected to Xbox Live .
