Insurgency Sandstorm Purchase Error

I bought insurgency sandstorm for Xbox Series X. It did its screen like I was about to purchase but then says an error occurred. I checked my bank account and it was deducted "Twice" the amount like I bought the game but still no option to download the game and asking me to buy it again. The games does not appear in my Purchase or Order History and It was charged twice. Please Help!

Will be nice double check again this with your bank, or finally ask them too cancel this charge

To avoid this again I can suggest you purchase a gift card for the value of the game
Then redeem it on your account and use that balance to purchase the game

That method usually don't fail

Sorry for the bad experiences, in some cases a purchase can take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account order history and library

For now the best option is wait this time buddy.

But just to let you know that if more than 48 hours passed and you not receive the content yet, probably something went wrong with the purchase and Microsoft is going to refund the money to you

These charges are commonly not as pending/authorization charges, and takes the previous time to be approved or declined.

You could try contact your bank to speed up the declined process and then try purchasing the game again

I did already asked my bank , first I asked if the charges went through they told me it was not both pf them so they have asked me if I would like to cancel the payment, so I did confirm to cancel both charges but as I've mentioned I have received only 1 amount back ($30 usd). And Also I would like to know if will there be another issue if I tried to purchase the same game, I really like to download that game but I am worried it might happen again.

Hi, thanks for the response, I have contacted my bank they told me both charges did not go through yet and I have received the refund for the first amount yesterday but did not get the other, as per my previous email it was charged twice( $ 30 something) for the game Insurgency Sandstorm it was on sale. I assumed maybe the game will now appear in my order history since I did not get the full amount, so I've but still no game. Am I missing something here?
