    Hi,

    I did pre-order Insurgency sandstorm. The game was available to pre order from the store. It has now been removed from

    the store.

    The game was due to ship on 25th August. It now has no release date.

    Xbox has unfortunately charged me £34.99 for the game which doesn't exist. looking on twitter, it seems i am not the only one.

    I have requested a refund. My issue is with the way xbox has no customer support. I have to wait 72 hours to find out if it can be sorted via robot or email.

    I finally got my refund after calling for 4 days straight. You have to call the xbox support number and talk to them and complain about it.
