Yesterday night i was insulted by a player who told me very bad things (i spoke about my mother, death, cancer,...). I told him i'll send him a complaint and he answered he didn't care, because he uses that account "only to cuss". What should i do? I sent
him several complaints but i'm worried xboxlive won't do anything or just the Cuss-account will banned. Could i ask directly to someone to ban his IP?

As long as you filed a complaint on him the enforcement team will investigate them. The only other thing you should do is block him.
