    Hello Christian,

    Sorry for the issue with purchases. Have you tried to remove the payment instrument then add it back? Also is the payment instrument a valid one ie. same region, debit/credit card (not a pre-loadable card) address matches what is on the card.

    Any additional information you can provide will help us assist you better.

    Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Multi Screen Setup (3 Screens)

    FaronKolbe - The thread is about multi-monitor setup in general and my comment specifically is about using the right Alt key while hovering over an instrument, opening the instrument in a new window with a mouse click, and dragging the instrument to another
    monitor. Both the PFD and MFD can be separated from the virtual cockpit and established in dedicated monitors this way; but the controls don't come with them, which defeats the whole purpose.

    If your experience is different, I would love to hear about it.

    That's for Windows 8, but the same steps should work for Windows 7/10 as well.

    In addition to what AnimatorX said, the system will send you a notification email week or month before the subscription renews so that the account user will be aware for its renewal. Furthermore, if the payment instrument was not able to settle or pay the
    renewal charge on the day it renewed, the system will provide one month allowance to pay it.

    By any chance, the card was not able to pay the renewal charge for two months, it will be suspended and will later on be canceled. Your payment instrument then can no longer be used to make purchases online.

    I already tried but it says that some of the corrupted files were fixed and some didn't
