I Was perma-banned Without explanation & my entire library was stripped from me.

I was instructed by microsoft support to post here, im unable to file a case review as it's greyed out.

Case numbers are only used by phone and chat support and actually should not be posted on the forums. You'll need to post any error messages or codes you're receiving when you try downloading the game so we can help you better.

The support agent appears to have mis-informed you, the forums are for community support, while it's certainly possible that we will be able to help you, most likely you will end up needing to contact support again, hopefully the next agent isn't a derp.

Yup. Only reason why I posted on here is because the Customer Support person told me to. I even told the person that I was instructed to do this last time and the post was removed completely and he still said to post on here. It's that disconnect from customer
to support that then brings us to these pointless moments.

[/quote]I have no idea why support directs people to post questions in these forums. Even in the suspensions forum, they only respond to ban inquiries. They don't offer any other information. Seems like MS needs to update their support with the correct
responses and actions for this very scenario.
