    I need to know why is it that when I attempt to play this game that a blue screen will appear as if the game is about to start, but then it vanishes. What do I need to do?

    Has it ever worked on that computer? First thing I would try is going to Settings > Apps > Instant War > Advanced Options and then clicking "Reset" and see if that fixes it?

    Is this the only app you seem to have problems with? Are you properly signed into Xbox (Beta) app? What does it say when you go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking?

    Let us know if not and the answers to the other questions, and then we can find some other troubleshooting steps.

    Thanks for the input; do you play this game? I started on another computer, but it's being used by someone else and I can't seem to figure out why it won't allow me to load the game on this computer.

    They can be accessed through the war table. You have to send your ambassadors to retrieve them. I think most if not all the missions are instant though.
