Instant start doesn't work on Xbox One S.

Xbox One S =

Xbox is a very popular game console to get fun with your friends. So, i rated it 10/10.

About problems =

The Xbox One S works good, but i don't know "How to launch Instant Start on Console?". When i play on Windows 10 -> Start -> Xbox and i launch the console, an error occured: Instant start turned off on this console. And i'm so sad. So i can't play with Controller on Windows 10 in the Xbox App.

What do Microsoft need to do =

Microsoft, please teach me: How to start Instant Start on console.

My Xbox one background download feature only works less than half the time. It worked the first day I started the download fir mcc but every time I shut it down now it doesn't work and it's set to instant on and everything but it still isn't downloading
when it's off.

Mine has just started doing the same thing... Instant on appears to work for about an hour and then it shuts itself off.

Having exact same issue however mine has coincided with purchasing a new 4K to and it's frustrating. Anyone have any suggestions?

Same issue here, I am ok on my original xbox One but my son on his xbox one s has constant xbox live connection issues, even when changing to power saving mode rather than instant on, i am still having to switch off and pull the plug for 10 seconds before
it starts working again.
