instant on now downloading update on games

does instant on only download the new software for the console or does it also do game updates because i turn it on this morning without wolfenstein in and i had an update for it i through it was meant to update it or do i need the game disc in to update

Id say its downloading an update, assuming you are using the instant on feature?

 

Instant-on install updates?

I just received an update before trying to play titanfall and checked to see instant-on was on, which it is. It doesn't say downloading, so I assume it is downloaded, but it says updating.

Why doesn't instant-on update/install the updates? Is it supposed to?
